We’ll gather Friday afternoon and spend two nights in a beautiful, rustic retreat space nestled on the southern slope of Colorado’s Grand Mesa. The land, with its flowing creek, cozy fire pit, and wood-fired sauna housed in a charming old log cabin, invites rest, reflection, and connection. Surrounded by nature’s quiet beauty, it’s the perfect setting for transformation, creativity, and deepening into what matters most.

Retreat Flow (General Overview):

  • Retreat begins promptly at 12:00 p.m. on Friday with an opening experience to ground, connect, and set the tone for the weekend. Please arrive on time and ready to begin. (Cabin check-in is at 3 p.m.)

  • Friday evening may include a movement practice such as yoga to help you arrive fully in body and spirit

  • Saturday will offer a blend of group sessions, creative exploration, nature connection, and a Tai Chi session

  • Sunday departure by 10 a.m., with an optional closing ritual on the mesa — a nature-based gathering to integrate the experience before returning home

What’s Included:

•Two nights of shared lodging in rustic log cabins (with bathrooms and kitchens)

•All retreat programming: yoga, Tai Chi, art, and facilitated group sessions with Tara and Annie

Nourishing light dinners on Friday and Saturdays, plus wholesome snacks each day - feel free to bring something to share as part of our collective table.

What to Bring:

•Your own breakfast and lunch (plus dinner items to share if you’d like)

•Comfortable clothes for yoga, movement, sauna-ing and being outdoors

•Favorite art supplies (optional — we’ll have materials on hand)

•Anything that helps you feel cozy, grounded, and at home

Details:

•Group size is limited to 8 - 12 participants to foster an intimate setting, deep connection, and a rich collective experience

•You’re welcome to bring your camper or tent if you prefer your own space

•A rustic and beautiful retreat setting rooted in simplicity, nature, and connection - with shared, adorable cabins featuring kitchens, bathrooms, and A/C for the perfect blend of charm and comfort. Set on nine private acres with a creek, this quiet, vintage-inspired haven offers unique photo-ready backdrops like a VB bus, a Speed Boat, and rustic truck bed - ideal for playful moments and unforgettable snapshots with new friends.
